Community Rules & Member Conduct Policy
Rules of the Game, Group Chat, Reservations, Screening and Mutual Interest
Launch Date: August 19, 2026 | Effective Date: August 24, 2026 | Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Rules of the Game
Single Social Club is designed to help adults meet through shared activities without turning every gathering into a traditional date. These rules apply whenever you use the member portal, join a group, use group chat, make a reservation, attend an activity, submit feedback, or interact with another member through Single Social Club.
What This Community Is and Is Not
Single Social Club is a social activity community for single adults who want to meet people, enjoy shared activities, build social connections, and potentially meet someone they may be interested in romantically. Single Social Club is not a hookup service, prostitution or escort service, swingers club, sex club, or platform for arranging commercial or transactional sexual activity. Sexual solicitation, prostitution, escorting, trafficking, exploitation, or using the community to arrange sexual services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent removal.
1. Use Your Assigned Symbol
Before an activity, the system may assign you an anonymous symbol or code name such as Bee, Butterfly, Fox, Moon, or Star. Use that identifier in the group chat and for pre-activity coordination. Do not pressure other members to reveal personal contact information.
2. Keep the Group Chat Activity-Focused
Group chat is for arrival coordination, parking, reservation details, timing, activity questions, and appropriate group conversation. Do not use it to harass, pressure, sexually proposition, stalk, intimidate, commercially solicit, or repeatedly pursue another member.
3. Personal Information
Do not post another member’s legal name, phone number, personal email address, home address, workplace, social-media account, government identification, or other private information without that person’s permission. The Platform does not automatically exchange personal phone numbers or email addresses.
4. Romantic Interest Happens After the Activity
If you meet someone you would like to know better, use the private feedback feature after the activity. Do not use the group chat to pressure someone for a date or contact information. A one-sided expression of interest remains private within authorized Assured Matchmaking operations. If both members independently express interest, an Assured Matchmaking matchmaker may contact the members about an optional next step.
5. Reservation Assignment
When a selected activity requires a reservation, the system may randomly assign one confirmed member to make it. If you are selected, make the reservation for the instructed date, time, venue, and party size and post confirmation in the group within 48 hours unless the Platform states a different deadline.
6. Three Strikes and You’re Out
First qualifying reservation failure: you may be removed from that activity group and receive one strike. Second qualifying reservation failure: you may be removed from that group and receive a second strike. Third qualifying reservation failure: your membership may be terminated and you may be banned from Single Social Club. A technical problem, emergency, venue issue, or assignment error may be reviewed before a strike is applied.
7. Serious Misconduct Does Not Require Three Strikes
Violence, threats, stalking, harassment, unwanted sexual conduct, false identity, fraud, deliberate safety violations, unauthorized collection or publication of member information, ban evasion, or serious Platform abuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
8. Attendance
If you confirm an activity, make a reasonable effort to attend. Repeated no-shows and late cancellations may affect your ability to join future groups.
9. Respect Boundaries
No unwanted touching, sexual pressure, intimidation, repeated pursuit after rejection, unlawful discrimination, aggressive behavior, scams, sales pitches, recruiting, or unrelated commercial solicitation.
10. Reporting and Do-Not-Group Requests
Members may report safety or conduct concerns and may privately request not to be placed in another group with a particular member. Single Social Club may honor that separation without identifying who requested it.
11. Screening and Verification Consent
As part of membership eligibility and community safety, Single Social Club may require identity verification and may use an authorized third-party provider to conduct legally permitted background screening. By accepting these Community Rules and proceeding through the verification process, you authorize the collection and processing of the information you submit for identity verification and screening, subject to the separate disclosure presented by the verification or screening provider when required by law. Screening may include identity information and legally permissible public-record searches. Screening does not guarantee future behavior or eliminate all risk.
12. Honest Information
You must provide truthful identity and account information. Using another person’s identification, falsifying age or identity, impersonating another member, or attempting to return after a ban under a different identity may result in permanent removal.
13. Sponsored and Partner Venues
Some venues may sponsor, promote, discount, or otherwise partner with Single Social Club. Sponsorship does not change the member’s responsibility to follow the venue’s rules or make independent safety and purchasing decisions.
14. Group Size
The standard group target is six to eight members. The Platform may adjust a group when cancellations, venue requirements, or activity logistics make an adjustment reasonable. Mixed groups do not require an equal number of men and women.
15. Member Intent and Group Preferences
Members may indicate whether they are open to meeting a potential romantic partner, mainly want to socialize, or are open to either. Members may also select available group preferences. These preferences help form groups but do not guarantee a particular person, gender ratio, or romantic outcome.
16. Enforcement
Single Social Club may review available records, group communications, reports, attendance history, reservation history, prior incidents, and safety considerations when enforcing these rules. Internal safety notes, reporter identity, confidential reports, screening records, and security methods may be withheld from other members except where disclosure is legally required.
17. Promotional and Service Communications
By accepting membership and these Community Rules, you agree to receive account and activity communications as well as promotional emails about Single Social Club activities, memberships, offers, and Assured Matchmaking services. Promotional emails will include an available unsubscribe method. Essential membership, transaction, reservation, group, security, and safety communications may continue while your account remains active.
18. Limited Launch Promotion
During the first 30 days following the August 19, 2026 launch, Single Social Club may offer eligible new members a $1 introductory membership for their first 30 days. After the introductory period, the membership automatically renews at the standard $20 monthly rate until canceled. The $1 offer is a launch promotion only and is not guaranteed to remain available after the initial launch period.
19. Acceptance
By selecting the acceptance box during registration or participation, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Community Rules and agree to follow them. Electronic acceptance may be recorded in the Platform’s administrative records.
