Member Acceptance
By selecting the acceptance box during registration and before participating in Single Social Club activities, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read this Safety & Participation Agreement, understand that participation is voluntary, and agree to the responsibilities and terms below. Your electronic acceptance is treated as your agreement to these terms.
1. Voluntary Adult Participation
You are an adult voluntarily choosing to participate in social, recreational, dining, fitness, entertainment, outdoor, or other activities facilitated through Single Social Club. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and whether you are physically, mentally, financially, and practically able to participate.
2. Single Social Club Facilitates, Members Participate
Single Social Club primarily provides technology, member coordination, group formation, communication tools, and activity logistics. Unless expressly stated for a specific activity, Assured Matchmaking does not own, operate, control, supervise, inspect, or manage the third-party venue, activity provider, transportation, equipment, food service, alcoholic-beverage service, parking area, public space, or premises where an activity occurs.
3. Independent Adult Responsibility
Members participate independently. Unless expressly stated otherwise, there is no Single Social Club employee, host, chaperone, security officer, medical professional, or transportation provider supervising the group. You are responsible for your transportation, conduct, belongings, purchases, alcohol consumption, physical limitations, food and allergy decisions, and personal safety choices.
4. Assumption of Risk
Social and recreational activities may involve risks including slips, falls, collisions, weather, traffic, equipment problems, physical exertion, water hazards, food reactions, alcohol-related conduct, crime, and the acts or omissions of other participants or third parties. By choosing to participate, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent and ordinary risks associated with the activity, venue, travel, and interaction with other adults, except for rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
5. Other Members
Identity verification or background screening cannot predict future conduct or guarantee another person’s safety, honesty, compatibility, intentions, or behavior. You agree to exercise ordinary caution, respect personal boundaries, leave an activity if you feel unsafe, and contact emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.
6. Third-Party Venues
A venue may impose its own tickets, waivers, cancellation policies, age restrictions, safety requirements, dress rules, equipment requirements, or other terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the venue’s requirements. A sponsored or recommended venue remains an independent third party.
7. Transportation
Single Social Club does not provide transportation unless expressly stated. Members are responsible for traveling to and from activities safely. Do not drive while impaired or accept transportation from a person if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
8. Alcohol
Alcohol is never required. If alcohol is available, each adult is responsible for deciding whether to consume it, complying with applicable law, monitoring personal consumption, and arranging safe transportation. Single Social Club does not undertake responsibility for supervising an adult member’s alcohol consumption.
9. Emergency and Medical Care
Single Social Club is not an emergency service. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority for an immediate threat or medical emergency. If emergency treatment is needed, you are responsible for your own medical expenses except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Personal Property
You are responsible for your own phone, vehicle, wallet, identification, clothing, equipment, and other property. Single Social Club does not provide storage, security, or insurance for personal belongings.
11. Release and Allocation of Risk
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law and any other applicable law, you release and hold harmless Assured Matchmaking, Single Social Club, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, developers, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from the inherent and ordinary risks of voluntary participation, the independent conduct of other members, and the independent acts or omissions of third-party venues, activity providers, or transportation providers. This release does not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit to be released, including claims that cannot legally be waived by contract.
12. Indemnification for Your Conduct
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assured Matchmaking, Single Social Club, and their owners, employees, contractors, developers, agents, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, violation of another person’s rights, damage you cause, or material violation of this Agreement.
13. No Guarantee of Safety
Single Social Club takes reasonable steps to administer the community but cannot eliminate every risk. Verification, screening, rules, group chat, anonymous identifiers, reports, and removal procedures are risk-management tools, not guarantees that harm will never occur.
14. Electronic Acceptance
Your selection of the acceptance box associated with this Agreement constitutes electronic acceptance. Single Social Club may maintain an electronic record showing the account, date, time, document version, and acceptance event.
