Single Social Club Privacy Policy
Launch Date: August 19, 2026 | Effective Date: August 24, 2026 | Last Updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Single Social Club, operated by Elite Rendezvous Matchmaking, doing business as Assured Matchmaking. It explains how we collect, use, protect, retain, and share information through the Single Social Club website, web application, member portal, activity-matching system, group communications, verification processes, feedback tools, safety features, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information members provide directly, information generated through use of Single Social Club, information received from service providers involved in payments, identity verification, screening, hosting, communications, and security, and information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the community.
2. Account and Identity Information
- Legal name and display name.
- Date of birth and age.
- Email address and telephone number.
- City, ZIP code, mailing information, and general location.
- Profile photographs and other submitted images.
- Government-issued identification information, including driver's-license or state-ID information, when required for identity verification.
- Account ID, membership and subscription status, verification status, and account-security information.
Government identification and other sensitive verification information are used only as reasonably necessary for verification, security, fraud prevention, safety administration, and related operational purposes.
3. Social, Activity, and Preference Information
- Activities and interests.
- Availability, preferred days and times, travel radius, and geographic preferences.
- Age-group and group preferences.
- Whether a member is open to meeting a potential romantic partner.
- Activity participation, attendance, reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Post-activity feedback.
- Private expressions of interest in other members.
- Requests to see a member again or to avoid future group placement with a member.
These preferences help Single Social Club identify appropriate activity opportunities but do not guarantee a particular group composition, participant, activity, friendship, date, or romantic outcome.
4. Safety Exclusions and Do-Not-Group Information
Single Social Club allows members to privately identify individuals with whom they should not or do not wish to be placed in an activity group. A member may submit a Safety Exclusion or Do-Not-Group request during or after registration and may also request separation from another participant after an activity. Depending on what the member knows and chooses to provide, Safety Exclusion information may include:
- The individual's full legal name, including middle name if known.
- A nickname, shortened name, or other name the individual may use.
- Approximate age or date of birth, if known.
- City or general location, if known.
- Photograph, if available.
- Email address or telephone number, if known.
- General reason for the requested separation.
- An optional image or copy of a restraining order, no-contact order, court document, or other information voluntarily provided to help identify the individual or administer the restriction.
Reasons may include a court order, restraining order, no-contact order, former partner, personal safety concern, a personal request not to encounter the individual, or another safety or personal reason. Members are not required to provide detailed descriptions of personal disputes when a simple separation request is sufficient.
5. How We Use Safety Exclusion Information
We may use Safety Exclusion and Do-Not-Group information to:
- Help prevent identified individuals from being placed in the same Single Social Club group.
- Compare submitted information with verified member information to identify a possible match.
- Route uncertain identity matches for administrative review rather than guessing.
- Administer court-order, restraining-order, no-contact, and other safety-related restrictions.
- Protect member privacy, safety, and comfort.
- Investigate safety concerns and member reports.
- Manage future group placement and participation.
- Enforce Community Rules and prevent unwanted future encounters through Single Social Club.
A Safety Exclusion may operate as a one-way request. If one member requests not to be grouped with another member, Single Social Club may prevent future group placement between those accounts even if the other member has not made the same request.
6. Post-Activity Do-Not-Group Requests
After an activity, a member may privately select an option such as "Don't place me in another activity with this person." When selected, Single Social Club may create an internal Do-Not-Group restriction between the applicable accounts. The member does not need to explain why they do not want future group placement with that person. The request may reflect personal preference, discomfort, a prior relationship, a safety concern, or another reason. A Do-Not-Group request does not, by itself, establish that the excluded person engaged in misconduct and should not automatically be treated as an accusation or disciplinary finding.
7. Privacy of Safety Exclusions
Safety Exclusion and Do-Not-Group information is private administrative information. It is not displayed on public profiles, anonymous member identities, group chats, activity pages, or ordinary member-facing areas of the Platform. The person identified or excluded will not ordinarily be notified that another member submitted the request, who submitted it, or why the separation exists. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to an immediate safety issue, legal process, or other lawful obligation.
8. Court Orders and Serious Safety Restrictions
If a member informs Single Social Club of a restraining order, no-contact order, or similar court-ordered separation, Single Social Club may designate the information as a high-priority safety restriction and use verified member identity information and administrative review to help prevent affected members from being placed together. Single Social Club may request additional information when reasonably necessary to identify the correct individual, understand an applicable restriction, respond to an immediate safety concern, or comply with law. Members should not rely on Single Social Club as a substitute for law enforcement, courts, emergency services, or other authorities responsible for enforcing a court order.
9. Verification, Screening, and Safety Information
We may maintain identity-verification results, verification status, legally permitted screening information, safety reports, incident information, member complaints, Safety Exclusions, Do-Not-Group preferences, reservation strikes, attendance concerns, enforcement history, and account restrictions or suspensions. Verification and screening are risk-management measures. They cannot predict future behavior or guarantee that another individual is safe.
10. Anonymous Member Identifiers
Single Social Club may assign temporary identifiers such as Turtle, Parrot, Bee, Fox, Moon, Star, Butterfly, or other identifiers for activity coordination. These identifiers are intended to reduce unnecessary disclosure of personal information between members. Single Social Club maintains the ability to associate an anonymous identifier with the appropriate verified member account for legitimate operational, safety, administrative, and legal purposes. Anonymous to other members does not mean anonymous to Single Social Club.
11. Payment and Subscription Information
Payment processors may collect payment credentials necessary to establish or maintain membership. Single Social Club may receive transaction IDs, subscription plans, payment status, amount paid, billing and renewal dates, cancellation status, payment-provider account references, and related subscription information. When a payment provider processes payment credentials directly, Single Social Club does not need to maintain complete payment-card numbers.
12. Technical and Usage Information
- IP address, browser and device information, operating system, and session information.
- Login activity, feature use, security events, and error information.
- Group-chat activity and support communications.
- Cookies and similar technologies.
- Information reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, analytics, and Platform administration.
13. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to create and administer accounts; verify identity and age; administer authorized screening; process memberships and subscriptions; form activity groups; apply location, availability, activity, age, and group preferences; enforce Safety Exclusions and Do-Not-Group requests; review uncertain identity matches; coordinate activities and reservations; operate group communications; provide anonymous identifiers; send account and activity communications; collect post-activity feedback; identify genuine mutual interest; provide optional Assured Matchmaking services; investigate safety concerns; prevent fraud and misuse; enforce Community Rules; maintain Platform security; provide customer support; improve Single Social Club; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
14. Information We Do Not Automatically Share With Other Members
Being placed in the same group does not automatically provide another member access to your legal name, personal phone number, personal email address, home address, government identification, payment information, verification records, screening information, private feedback, romantic-interest selections, safety reports, Safety Exclusion requests, Do-Not-Group requests, or account-enforcement information.
15. Information We May Share
We may share information with service providers that assist with hosting, security, identity verification, screening, communications, payment processing, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, and Platform operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, legal process, lawful government requests, protect a person's safety, investigate fraud or misuse, protect our legal rights, or complete a legitimate business transaction. A sponsorship, referral relationship, or promotional arrangement does not automatically authorize a venue or sponsor to receive member contact information.
16. Assured Matchmaking
Single Social Club is operated in connection with Assured Matchmaking. When members indicate romantic openness or genuine mutual interest, authorized Assured Matchmaking personnel may review relevant information for the purpose of administering an optional connection conversation, matchmaking opportunity, dating-coaching service, or related service. A one-sided expression of romantic interest is not automatically disclosed to another member. Separate paid matchmaking or coaching services may require a separate agreement or purchase.
17. Data Minimization
Single Social Club seeks to collect and retain information reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect members, administer safety restrictions, comply with applicable obligations, and protect the Business. Members should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information when a simpler description will accomplish the purpose. For example, a member requesting separation from another individual generally does not need to provide a detailed history of the relationship merely to request that the two accounts not be grouped together.
18. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for membership administration, safety and fraud prevention, Safety Exclusions and Do-Not-Group restrictions, legal and financial obligations, dispute management, security, enforcement of Community Rules, and protection of members and the Platform. Certain safety restrictions may remain associated with an account after an individual activity ends so future group placement does not recreate the same unwanted encounter. Where appropriate, we may retain a restriction or identifier needed to enforce separation while reducing or deleting supporting material that is no longer reasonably necessary.
19. Security
Single Social Club uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Access to sensitive information, including verification information, safety reports, uploaded court-order materials, and Safety Exclusions, should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational need. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
20. Member Privacy and Safety Controls
Members may use available account features to update certain profile information, submit a Safety Exclusion, request not to be grouped with another participant, report inappropriate behavior, contact support regarding a privacy or safety concern, and request correction of inaccurate account information. Where available, members may access Account → Safety & Privacy → My Do-Not-Group List to submit or manage applicable separation requests.
21. Communications
Active members may receive communications reasonably necessary for verification, account administration, payments, security, activity invitations, group placement, reservations, cancellations, reminders, safety notices, and service announcements. Members may also receive promotional emails concerning Single Social Club and Assured Matchmaking services. Promotional emails may be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the communication. Essential account, payment, activity, security, and safety communications may continue while necessary to provide the service.
22. Adults Only
Single Social Club is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create member accounts.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Single Social Club adds features, changes service providers, expands geographically, modifies safety procedures, or responds to legal and operational requirements. The current version will display its most recent update date.
