1. Acceptance of Terms

These Membership Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Single Social Club website, member portal, communications, group chats, activity-coordination features, feedback tools, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing or activating a membership, or selecting the acceptance box during registration, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with the Privacy Policy, Safety & Participation Agreement, and Community Rules.

2.1 Service Description

Single Social Club is a social activity coordination community for adults. It helps eligible members find shared activities, overlapping availability, geographic proximity, and compatible group preferences. Single Social Club is operated by Elite Rendezvous Matchmaking, doing business as Assured Matchmaking. It is not a transportation provider, venue operator, security service, medical service, or guarantor of another member’s conduct, compatibility, intentions, or future behavior.

2.2. Nature and Purpose of Single Social Club

Single Social Club is a social activity community for single adults who want to meet other people, participate in shared activities, build social connections, and potentially meet someone they may be interested in getting to know romantically.

Single Social Club is not a prostitution service, escort service, sexual-services marketplace, hookup service, swingers club, sex club, or platform for arranging commercial or transactional sexual activity.

Members may not use Single Social Club to offer, request, advertise, arrange, solicit, purchase, sell, or exchange sexual services or sexual activity for money, gifts, accommodations, travel, financial support, or anything else of value.

Single Social Club activities are intended for social interaction and shared experiences. Examples include dining, bowling, kayaking, walking, fitness activities, trivia, entertainment, sports, cultural activities, coffee, and other recreational or social experiences.

Romantic connections may naturally develop between members. However, participation in a Single Social Club activity does not imply romantic interest, sexual interest, consent to physical contact, or consent to any sexual activity.

Members must respect personal boundaries at all times. No member owes another member a date, romantic interaction, physical affection, sexual activity, contact information, or continued communication simply because they participated in the same group.

Use of Single Social Club for prostitution, escorting, commercial sexual activity, sexual solicitation, trafficking, exploitation, or similar activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent removal from the Platform without application of the three-strike policy.

3. Eligibility

Membership is limited to adults age 18 or older who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Information provided during registration and verification must be truthful, current, and complete. We may deny, suspend, or terminate access for false identity information, misuse, safety concerns, payment problems, or violations of our policies.

4. Membership Fees and Automatic Renewal

The standard Single Social Club membership is $20 per month and automatically renews monthly until canceled. From time to time, Single Social Club may offer a limited promotional introductory rate. The initial launch promotion permits eligible new members who enroll during the first 30 days following launch to join for $1 for their first 30 days, after which the membership automatically renews at $20 per month until canceled. The $1 rate is a limited launch promotion and is not the permanent membership price. Promotional availability may end, change, or be discontinued for new enrollments without affecting a promotion already accepted by an eligible member.

5. What Membership Includes

Membership provides access to the Single Social Club platform, member activity-matching features, group coordination, anonymous group identifiers, applicable group chats, activity invitations, feedback tools, and other community features made available under the member’s plan. Membership does not ordinarily include food, beverages, transportation, parking, admission, venue charges, equipment rentals, gratuities, or other third-party costs.

6. Cancellation and Payment Issues

Members may cancel recurring membership using the cancellation method provided through the account or payment processor. Cancellation stops future renewals. Amounts already charged are not refundable except where required by law or where Single Social Club expressly approves a refund. Access may be suspended for failed, reversed, disputed, or past-due payments.

7. Verification

We may require identity and age verification before a member can participate in group activities. A verified status means the member completed the verification process used at that time. Verification does not guarantee that a member is safe, truthful in every respect, compatible, or unlikely to engage in misconduct.

8. Group Formation

The Platform may consider location, travel radius, availability, activity preferences, social intent, romantic openness, gender or group preferences, attendance history, prior group restrictions, and administrative rules when forming groups. A mixed group does not require a 50/50 gender split. The typical group contains six to eight members, although a group may be adjusted when cancellations, venue limits, activity requirements, or operational needs make an adjustment reasonable.

9. Anonymous-First Participation

Members may be assigned temporary identifiers such as Bee, Fox, Moon, Star, Butterfly, or another symbol. Members should use their assigned identifier in the group chat and for pre-activity coordination. The Platform does not automatically provide another member’s personal phone number or personal email address.

10. No Exchange of Personal Contact Information

Members are strongly instructed not to exchange personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, or social-media information during the initial Single Social Club activity. The intended process is to attend the activity, provide private feedback afterward, and allow the Platform to identify mutual interest. Adults who independently choose to disclose personal information do so at their own discretion and outside the recommended Single Social Club process.

11. Mutual Interest and Matchmaking

After an activity, a member may privately indicate interest in another participant. A one-sided expression of interest is not automatically disclosed to the other person. If both members independently express mutual interest, Assured Matchmaking may contact one or both members about an optional introduction, date coordination, pay-per-date service, matchmaking service, or other next step. No member is required to proceed, and any paid matchmaking service is subject to separate pricing and agreement.

12. Reservation Assignment

When an activity requires a reservation, the Platform may randomly assign one confirmed member to make it. The assigned member must make the reservation for the instructed date, time, venue, and party size and post confirmation in the group within 48 hours of assignment unless the Platform states another deadline.

13. Three-Strike Reservation Rule

Failure to complete an assigned reservation within the required time may result in removal from that group and one strike. A second qualifying reservation failure may result in removal from that group and a second strike. A third qualifying reservation failure may result in termination of membership and a ban from Single Social Club. A strike may be excused for a verified technical problem, venue unavailability, emergency, or assignment error. Serious misconduct can result in immediate removal without three strikes.

14. Attendance and Reliability

Members are expected to honor confirmed participation. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, disruptive conduct, or misuse of group coordination may affect future participation or result in suspension or termination.

15. Third-Party Venues and Sponsors

Activities may occur at independent restaurants, parks, recreation providers, entertainment businesses, public spaces, sponsored venues, or partner locations. Single Social Club may receive sponsorship fees, referral compensation, discounts, promotional consideration, or other value from certain venues or partners. A sponsorship or recommendation does not make the venue our employee or agent and does not guarantee its services, premises, staff, equipment, food, security, or availability.

16. Prohibited Conduct

Members may not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, pressure, assault, discriminate unlawfully, impersonate another person, publish another member’s personal information, scrape member data, solicit members for unrelated commercial purposes, evade a ban, interfere with Platform security, introduce malicious code, or use the Platform for unlawful activity.

17. No Guarantee of Results

Single Social Club does not guarantee attendance, friendship, attraction, chemistry, romantic interest, compatibility, a particular group composition, availability of a particular activity or venue, relationship formation, or any other personal outcome.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may warn, restrict, remove from a group, suspend, terminate, or ban a member when reasonably necessary to protect the community, investigate a report, address payment or identity concerns, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect our business or third parties.

19. Intellectual Property and Platform Protection

Single Social Club, Assured Matchmaking, associated logos, original written materials, graphics, software, databases to the extent legally protectable, user-interface expression, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Assured Matchmaking. Membership grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal participation. Members may not scrape member information, copy protected Platform content, harvest members for a competing service, bypass access controls, misuse confidential nonpublic information, impersonate the Platform, or reverse engineer software except where applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction. We reserve all lawful remedies for infringement, misappropriation, unauthorized access, breach of contract, unfair competition, and misuse of confidential information.

20. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that screening will identify every risk, that another member will behave appropriately, or that a third-party venue will be safe or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assured Matchmaking, Single Social Club, and their owners, employees, contractors, developers, agents, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, member conduct, third-party venues, transportation, or voluntary activities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Assured Matchmaking, Single Social Club, and their owners, employees, contractors, developers, agents, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the member’s unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or misuse of the Platform.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where another law must apply. Before filing a lawsuit arising from these Terms, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and discussion for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, any court proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Hillsborough County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court. Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, confidential information, account security, or immediate safety concerns.

23. Electronic Communications and Marketing

By accepting these Terms and creating a membership, members agree to receive electronic communications reasonably related to their account and participation, including verification messages, payment receipts, security notices, group invitations, reservation assignments, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, safety notices, service announcements, promotional emails, membership offers, activity announcements, and information about Assured Matchmaking services. Members may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. Unsubscribing from promotional communications does not stop essential account, transaction, safety, or activity communications.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform changes. Material updates will be communicated as required by law. The version displayed on the Platform will state the most recent update date.
